Today's snaps in a z-formation go to Cameron Diaz. She keeps it whimsical, youthful and sexy in a pink bibbed shift with adorable front pockets at the Shrek the Third premiere in Santa Monica. I give Cameron extra snaps since pink can sometimes be a difficult color to pull off after age 30. Cameron looks chic and age-appropriate here and not like she's desperately clinging to her youth like some people we've seen before....

Unfortunately, while the world has evolved and changed, my slang expressions remain 1990's gay. So I have to give a great big "You betta WURK, bytch!" I love everything about this outfit, from the top of her beautifully waved hair to the bottom of her Christian Laboutins. That fierce red cape with the fingerless red gloves?
